Specialist - CC Business Intelligence Team - Mobilink GSM - Islamabad Job Description The ideal candidate should: •Hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in IT/Computer Sciences •Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Business Intelligence / Customer Analytics Job description: •Analyze Mobilinks commercial position regularly •Fully understand, analyze objective data (through the use of data warehouse) and subjective data (through market research) and generate and present insights and recommend suggestive / corrective actions •Analyze various products and commercial segments to indicate areas of strengths and weaknesses •Identify opportunities for commercial team to launch offers and products •Study competition moves to provide better insight into market dynamics •Understand commercial rules •Ensure weekly/monthly reports are delivered accurately and on time so that users will always have the latest, most up to date information/analysis •Communicate with various teams such as Data Warehouse, Sales, Commercial, Finance etc., to ensure provision of data and analyses to relevant stakeholders Essential skills: •Excellent analytical skills, preferably demonstrated with experience within a Customer Insight or CRM environment •Strong data interpretation skills •Data manipulation and analysis techniques •Excellent data mining and statistical •Technical skills in MS SQL server or equivalent tools •Good communication, presentation, explanation and influencing skills Desirable skills: •Excellent MS Office (particularly Excel) skills •Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines jobs.mobilinkgsm/jobs.php
