Spokane Police have arrested and charged three people with 1st Degree Murder. The investigation surrounding these arrests has been previously sealed to protect the integrity of the investigation and until District Court has unsealed the investigation, we are legally prohibited from commenting. We anticipate the court will unseal the investigation today and once that has occurred, we will notify media and will be available to deliver an on-camera interview. Individuals Arrested for 1st Degree Murder: · 47-year-old Jeffery B. Sankey · 40-year-old Judy L. Diamond · 44-year-old Peter E. O’Brien All three have been booked into the Spokane County Jail.
