Springfield Dinner Features April 5th, 2014 (Saturday) Small Plate: Our house made flatbread topped with a dill cream sauce, diced red onion, capers, feta cheese and salmon. Pasta: Penne pasta tossed with pan-seared beef tips, sauteed shallots, portobello and button mushrooms in a sweet marsala cream sauce. -Served with choice of Milano or Caesar salad. Fish: Fried catfish fillet topped with a roasted bell and poblano pepper puttanesca sauce with shrimp then finished with a drizzle of basil oil; served with grilled zucchini and creamy polenta. -Served with choice of Milano or Caesar salad.
