Srinagar, Aug 19: Jammu KashmirLiberation Front (JKLF) Monday denounced the state government’s order imposing restrictions on its chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik to enter Jammu, terming it as undemocratic. “Government of Jammu and Kashmir has banned Yasin Malik from entering Jammu. A written order to this effect reads that Muhammad Yasin Malik with another JKLF leader Mushtaq Ajmal are intending to go to Jammu and are banned from entering Jammu till further orders. Yasin and Mushtaq who were to appear before a POTA court in Jammu were stopped by police and a written order of District Magistrate in this connection was handed over to them,” said a spokesman of the Front in a statement today, terming the order as “undemocratic”. Meanwhile, Malik expressed his heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of Gulam Rasool Khan of Basant Bagh. The deceased was the father of JKLF martyr ShowkatAhmad Khan alias Sher Khan. It has also expressed condolence on the demise of the aunt of JKLFactivist in Ganderbal.
