Srinagar July 27, 2013: Lalbazar Police in a swift action arrested two burglars and recovered golden ornaments worth over 15 lakhs and cash 11000 within eight hours of the commission of crime. Speaking to the Media SSP Srinagar Mr. Ashiq Bukhari said that Fida Hussain Magloo son of Mohammad Abdullah Magloo resident of Madeen Shaib Lalbazar reported to Police Station Lalbazar about the burglary of golden ornaments and cash worth Lakhs in his residential during Broad Day light. Acting on this information, a Police team was rushed to the spot under the command of SHO police Station. The scene of crime was preserved. Inspection of the scene of crime lead to some clues which led to the arrest of a lady. On her confession gold ornaments worth 15,27381 aprox and cash worth 11000 were recovered. On her instance another accused involved in the commission of crime was also arrested. The recoveries were made within eight hours of the commission of offence. Lalbazar Police has registered case FIR number 38/13 undersection 454,380 RPC in this regard.
