StarHubs reply after 5 days to my email complaint about fiber internet outage. We are sorry for the brief disruption that happened in the vicinity reported on 17 July 2014 due to an unforeseen technical glitch. Our team of engineers had attended to the issue reported immediately and the matter has been fully resolved. We wish to explain that the disruption occurs as an unexpected technical failure and hence, allowing us to have very little time to notify our customers of the disruption. We would like to inform you that it is our utmost interest to minimize downtime of the service to reduce inconvenience to our valuable customers.
