State leaders hammered the theme of bipartisanship Wednesday at the opening of Marylands 2015 General Assembly Session in Annapolis, even as a $750 million budget deficit looms in front of a government that could become divided by party and priority. Gov.-elect Larry Hogan set the tone before the House of Delegates and Senate officially opened at noon. Hogan, a Republican who will be inaugurated next week, appeared with the Democrat he beat in Novembers gubernatorial election, Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown.
