Std Bank Atm Saturday: I deposit cash into the ATM that says Clears Immediately Machine swallows it and nothing !! No receipt, no notification, nothing. Walk over to customer care, Me:That atm just took my money but I received no receipt, nothing. Cc: ha ha oh that machine does that sometimes Me: oh really so why dont you put an out of order sign on it ? Cc: its not out of order Me: well it is, it just stole my money !!! Cc:I usually tell my clients not to use that atm Me:so when were you going to tell me ? Cc:I was busy. Me:So what are you going to do about it ? Branch manger called over now.... BM: sometimes that ATM doesnt accept cash to business accounts Me: You cant be serious, I deposit all the time here. Branch Manager : Well log a report and give you a ref #, it will take between 4 and 10 working days. Theres nothing we can do about it. Me:I dont think so ! You better sort it out now! Result : your query will be escalated and the relevant dept will sort it out ! Arghhhh 👹👹👹👹👹Im furious
