Story 5 This is soo something my boy would do lol So heres my embarrassing mom moment. My son is 2.5 years old and doesnt pronounce some words properly. During this past summer he became really fascinated with my watch and really wanted one of his own. He doesnt say watch but instead he calls it a baby clock, except he doesnt prounce the L. It is pretty funny, and had me in tears the first time I heard him say it so innocently. That is, until we went to Wal Mart and walked by the jewlery section. Of course he had to see the watches and yelled out mommy, look! baby Cocks!!! I had about 10 people stop and just stare at me.. How was I suppose to explain he meant watches?! He still calls them baby clocks (without the L of course), and my mom (who thinks this entire thing is hilarious) has convinced my son to ask Santa for a baby clock, as we lost his last one in our move. Now he walks around telling everyone how hes going to see Santa and is going to ask him for a new baby clock.. I cant see this going over well.
