Stray is looking better. He is still a bit under weight but is eating. He does appear to have some nerve damage in the form of a head tilt. It is unknown if he will recover from that or if it will be permanent. Stray, possibly for the first time in a long time, acted like a normal dog. He didnt usually care for touching or cuddles but today he LOVED it! Stray needs a foster pretty badly.
