*Suddenly, with a flicker of his heart beat, his steps stop, and he pauses his dance, wings spread with feathers half-perked, arms outstretched halfway, like they would embrace someone before him if he were dancing with another. His eyes slowly widen in that stance as the step he was about to take slowly lowers to the ground, and his toga flattens around his poised form. It occurs to him that he does not know why he is dancing. And so, he stops. His bent arms lower, and his wings fold back, to make his form smaller. His concentrated expression dies away into what it had been before. And then, he leaves the foyer. Like nothing had happened. Wanting to forget what he just did.
