Sunday School Thought - 12/15 How can we make the temple the great symbol of our membership? This was my favorite question from Bro. Halseys lesson yesterday and it got me pondering. For me, the temple is the great symbol my membership because in the temple learning is by the Spirit. In the temple, we both serve to bless others, but go seeking help for ourselves. The temple is a place where I set myself apart from the world and enter into a portion of the Celestial Kingdom. In the temple, though we have been, we have never arrived - we are not perfected. And the temple is where I dont go frequently enough - symbolic of all of the times I let myself become distracted or get off the path, even when I know whats right. How can it be for you?
