Sunday update, as we are getting bombarded with questions:) 1. I mix my own paint colors 2. Im self-taught-interested in doing what Im doing? Start by educating yourself on the real estate market and volunteering with your local preservation group 3.Radiators always stay in the house--when you see me remove them its because they are beyond repair and all the pipes are cracked 4.These homes are my investments-my $ and are all regulated and inspected by the City Building Dept where they standand i tunes. 6. the show is roughly 22 min long--and it is edited down from 100s of hours of footage-so you will never see the complete a-z process of what it takes to do theses houses-dont assume I skipped a step & then write that on this page-I will find you :) 7.My goal is strengthen the preservation movement --but I cant do it alone--my favorite people are those that know they have a civic duty and act on it to get involved in their communities. dont say Nicole, save this house-say --Nicole-Im following your lead and am saving this house:) 8.
