Supply Chain, Associate Director Dublin. Our client is a rapidly expanding multinational biologics manufacturer. Rapid global expansion of their business has led to the appointment of a Supply Chain, Associate Director. This role will be appointed on an 11 month contract. The right candidate will be joining a highly supportive team and will have ownership of their own projects and be able to add value to the team from day one. The Associate Director Supply Chain Systems Planning is accountable for ensuring Global Materials Management business requirements are fully realized within the companies systems and processes. They will be accountable for solving complex systems issues by leading technology implementations through Business blueprinting (Design), testing, Change Management and implementation. They will also take on line management responsibility within the planning organization. RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for ensuring that Global Materials Management business requirements are fully met across various Supply chain systems expansion programs. • Partnering with other Global Materials Management functional team members in identifying and delivering system enhancements for all aspects of the physical movement and support of product globally. Accountable and responsible for supporting the following: • Creating functional requirements as an input to application enhancement design • Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes • Monitoring and Supporting application build, test, and deploy activities • Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required. • Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates • Develop and manage project plans. Lead projects as required, as well as contribute as a team member to project teams • Manage working relationships with internal/external stakeholders including Global Supply Chain Leadership team, product strategy leaders, company IS Business Partners, contract manufacturing sites and leaders from various departments • Line Management responsibility within planning organization, accountable for Global Materials management objectives are met with specific focus on product supply and inventory strategy. Person Spec • A Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or equivalent • Progressive experience in various supply chain management roles • Contract (Virtual) Manufacturing experience and alignment in systems and tools • Significant experience in SAP, particular APO suite of tools and Collaboration tools • Professional certifications such as APICS, PMP, PMI a plus • Six Sigma, Kaizen certifications a plus Cv to [email protected] 01 2302400 rftgroup.ie
