Support Workers - The Bungalow Support workers wanted to provide support and care for young three young men with learning disabilities in their own home. Starting from £7.05 per hour weekday / weekend enhancement £1.00 per hour Company benefit scheme Additional leave after 2years service Bank holiday double time We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people who can work on their own as well as part of a team. You will need to be flexible and adaptable as well as reliable, organised and responsible. The role will involve participating in activities with Service Users, daily record keeping, some light duties of cleaning and cooking. Personal care is involved. Weekend shifts will be required You will preferably need:- Knowledge and experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities and people on the Autistic Spectrum. Have an NVQ / QCF 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care although not essential as training will be given.
