System Enhancements 07/09/13 2013-09-07 Dear Valued Clients, As part of our continued efforts to improve disclosure and transparency to all our members, the following documents have been added and updated within our Member’s Area: 1) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Section An FAQ section has been added to help facilitate clients in finding answers to the most common questions for our products and services. These common questions have been compiled from enquiries received through a variety of channels and is published to provide better understanding of our Precious Metals Bank ("PMB") program to all Members. In an effort to better serve clients, this list will be updated from time to time to reflect the latest queries from our client base. Clients may find the FAQ section in the Member’s Area under: Account Management > Bulletin Board > FAQ 2) Terms & Conditions Checkbox During the registration process, clients are now required to tick the “I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy” check box before proceeding. Our company strongly encourages clients to read through the Terms & Conditions document before registering their account, as it contains important information regarding the PMB program. 3) Registration Process Enhancements As previously mentioned in our earlier announcement, our company is limiting ALL members to one account per individual. This restriction will be further enforced by our Automated ID Check Mechanism, which would reject and disallow ALL duplicate Government ID numbers at the point of registration. Clients are strongly advised not to use the same Government ID twice for 2 different client accounts. Reminder: Please be reminded that ALL existing Members are required to verify their accounts by 10th September 2013. Clients can do so by uploading a photo image of their official Government ID (either Passport or National Identity Card) to their Account. Accounts failing to verify before the stipulated dateline will have limited functionality until the account is verified. 4) 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) Rollout: Contact Details Update To further enhance our system security and to protect ALL our investors from potential future Information Technology (IT) threats, our company is planning to implement the use of 2FA technology in the near future. However, in order to facilitate smooth transition for new technology advancements, clients are kindly reminded to update their contact details (especially Mobile Phone Information) with Pegasus Bullion to avoid any unnecessary disruption of service. This information update is also to pave the way for the Short Message Service (SMS) notifications service that we will soon be integrating.
