The 91-day T-bill rate dropped to 0.001%, down 86.5 basis points (bps) from last month, while the six-month and one-year papers fell to 0.09% and 0.19%, respectively, lower by 83 bps and 76.5 bps. The last time all three hit record lows was during the April 1 auction, when the 91-, 182- and 364-day papers fell to 0.866%, 0.92% and 0.955%, respectively.
