TERM 5 2014 REQUESTS OPEN NOW We are starting preparations for our Term 5 timetable this week and we would like to give our current and prospective students an opportunity to have some input as to what it might look like. We have already emailed our database but wanted to throw something here too for those of you who may have missed or not recieved the email. This is your opportunity to provide feedback as to any scheduling requests or restrictions you may have for our consideration. We will accommodate requests as much as possible however we hope you understand that where there are multiple students with conflicting requirements we need to go with the most popular option as well as considering staff availability. Where you have scheduling restrictions and would like to submit a request please email [email protected] and provide all possible availability (or just unavailability if that’s easier) and the class or classes you are intending to enrol in, as well as indicating your preference order. Available class times are; - Monday to Friday: 6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm,7:30pm - Saturday: 9am, 10am, 11am Once feedback has been received we will collate everything and get the new timetable finalised and out as quickly as possible and open up bookings.
