**THE COMEDY SHED GOES WEEKLY** (Feb 3rd PJ GALLAGHER, AIDAN BISHOP, JOHNNY CANDON) I am delighted to announce that after the success of the fortnightly Rammed comedy season I have put on since last September, the Woolshed Baa & Grill and I have decided that The Comedy Shed is to make its return to Weekly Shows! Every Monday night from here on, ‘Al Porter at The Comedy Shed’ will bring the best of Irish Comedy to you in an intimate little gem of a club. Starting next Feb 3rd with the incredible PJ Gallagher, the brilliant Aidan Bishop and hilarious Johnny Candon also on the bill. The project of ‘Rammed’ was to see if festival quality lineups could be billed on a Monday to cater for those who can’t get out at the weekend, students, & the unemployed . We managed to do that and have hosted top names that are TV & Vicar Street regulars, and club headliners like Foil Arms and Hog, Pat McDonnell, Fred Cooke, Karl Spain, Willie White, Eleanor Tiernan , John Colleary and many more. I always tried to surprise our audience with nights that ended up in giveaways of food, wine, pitchers of beer for each table, and even the night where people got twenty quid each to kiss me! I really hope you can spread the word that The Comedy Shed is now going Weekly and I’m excited to let you know about our lineups for each Monday of February, March, April and onward very soon!
