This same Mr. Paunga, was once detained because he took a business man’s MAZDA; you can find the dealer at Lunsar Road opposite Kendor Bar and now NP Park in front of Surbaban restaurant. Paunga’s Intgerity is no dress code, but a lifestyle. As Im just giving a typical tropical picture about Mr. Paunga, if anything Im saying let him respond, then Ill give you a trace and documents relating to his question marks. The most of the worst, he is an indictee announced publicly by Anti- Corruption Commission. He made an initial appearance, but the ACC powers stop at investigation and prosecution, the Chief Justice who is the aunty of Paunga has the responsibility to assign ACC Cases to a judge and a court. What normally happens, if the Chief Justice is interested on issues closed to her heart, she refuses to assign judge and court to such cases(s). He was charged with 8 count charges, ranging from abuse of office, abuse of position, public officer using his office for advantage, receiving gift for corrupt purpose, corrupt transaction with agents, soliciting or accepting or obtaining advantage for public officer, offering or soliciting or accepting an advantage etc. If he denies, Omega will have no choice but to publish it out as its a public document. He was indicted in 2011. Omega Worldwide-Salone Chapter will also provide you with the statement and detention note in relation to a fraud.
