THE LIVING & THE DYING, THE DEAD & THE DECAYED; ON THAT DAY***))) All praise is to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. The only one depends on nothing but everything depends on Him. Hes the knowledgeable, He knows what is hidden apparent and hidden. Hes the most merciful. All thanks to Allaah for His Rahmah on us even though we did nothing to earn it except that He wishes to extend His incomparable mercy to us. We praise Him as best as we can, we thank Him for the gift of Al-Islaam, we pray that He grant us al-istiqahmah upon Haqq, make us ideal Muslims who doesnt transgress beyond borders. We ask for blessings upon His messenger, the best of mankind, Muhammad (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam). After that, Allaah said, interpretations of the meaning ...and we have not created man and the Jin except that they worship Allaah (Suratul bayyinah). Today, many have been drowned in the pool of their desires, chasing the shadows of life, winning and dining with Shaytaan, forgetting the purpose for which they were created. Many have been fooled till they are so preoccupied with the wayward ideologies of the west which have corrupted their thought and their creed. Many simply arrogantly refuse to succumb to the will of the most Supreme, Allaah, the controller and the judge of the day of recompense. The day when a man will flee from his brother, and from his mother and father, and from his wife and his children. For each one of them on that day will have enough concern of his own. (Surah Abasah, 80: 34-37). Should we need a reminder, then let this be one for me and you. For the day of judgment is beyond what you and I can comprehend. It will be tough for all except for a few who are devoutly obedient in the worship of their Lord, Allaah. Do they not think that they will be resurrected? For a tremendous Day — The Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the worlds? [Quran83: 4-6] In another verse, Allaah, The Almighty, describes it as being heavy and hard; Allaah Says (what means): {Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day.} [Quran76: 27] Allaah also Says (what means): {That Day will be a difficult day, for the disbelievers — not easy.} [Quran74: 9-10]. Put it quite simple, the day will be tough! WHAT HAVE YOU PUT FORWARD? Is it excessive Facebooking which is depriving you of quality time to remember your Lord ? or the timeless socializing on other media which is preventing you from observing your daily Salawaats promptly and precisely? or the useless music thats depriving you of the message of the Quraan? or the free mixing you learnt from home videos that is decaying your heart? or the Sadaqah you refused to give? the Ramadan you refused to fast? or the Zakat they keep begin you to pay? or the ill treatment of your neighbors? or the community service you wouldnt render? or the terrible lies you tells? or the pious people you slander? or the Haram money you squanders? or your women you treated badly? or your husband you denied his rights? what exactly have you put forward? For if you are gone today, what will you be remembered for? That day, Allaah also Says (what means): {Hearts, that Day, will tremble. Their eyes humbled.} [Quran79: 8-9]. It suffices to know that the hair of the child who has never committed sins will turn grey because of the intense horror of what he will be seeing. This is mentioned in the Quran, in the verses (which mean): {Then how can you fear, if you disbelieve, a Day that will make the children white-haired? The heaven will break apart therefrom; ever is His promise fulfilled.} [Quran73: 17-18] That day, Blood-ties (bonds of kinship) will be severed on the Day of Resurrection, as Allaah, the Exalted, Says (what means): {… So when the Horn is blown, no relationships will there be among them that Day, nor will they ask about one another.} [Quran 23: 101]. On that Day, each person will care only about himself, and will not think of anyone else. Indeed, a man will run away from those who are dearest to him, from his brother, his mother, his father, his wife and his sons. Ponder over this my brothers, ponder over this my sisters! The day of judgment, nearer than you think. May Allaah ease our affairs. Aameen. Allaahu ul Mustaaan
