THE QUALITIES OF A PASTOR-(SEGMENT 2, PART 5, May 23, 2014 Kesha) So nobody can escape this sharp message of this night; whether you are in America, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, all the way to Slovakia, Italy, United-Austin, Texas; whether you are in Virginia, Maryland, you are in Baltimore, New York City; you are in Latin America, Brazil, wherever, it does not matter... Youll find that I am alive to you; my conversation is a live to you. So I want to look at these very important qualities of the pulpit and of salvation that the church has missed to cause her to be ready. HALLELUIYA! So I want to look at; let me just handle a few things here. Before I look at these qualities, I want to say the following that as I begin navigating myself from point number 1 all the way downstream to point number 82, you will fell that you are hearing another voice deep inside this message that is telling you that what this message is saying that it is reminding you that CHRIST JESUS must be seen in you... In fact that becomes the standard, the benchmark, the threshold, the irreducible minimum. Hes saying that this whole thing will also affect her evangelism meaning in whatever these qualities will be to the pastor and then to the congregation, they summarize the following: The capability for you to lead people as the light of CHRIST in this dark world by rallying people around you, rallying people to you to a common goal-salvation, repentance, The KINGDOM of GOD at the same time inspiring confidence in them to take the step. That is powerful. That is mighty... If there was any definition that can bring out evangelism, it is that one-to have the capacity to go somewhere and cause them to see CHRIST in you and rally them to you. As they rally to you they realize you have a common purpose; a common goal-The KINGDOM! The KINGDOM! Righteousness! Righteousness! Holiness! Holiness! And then inspire them that they may purse it. Thats very powerful... So I want to look at the qualities of todays pastor, in other words the qualities of salvation. I think this really benefits this hour because we have all been called because this is now the hour for equipping and empowerment... Ok the first quality that the pastor and the christian; Im going to be mentioning the word pastor, but you should just know its the christian; the first quality that todays pastor ought to have had for the church to well prepare that The LORD may not speak to me the way He spoke on May 4th 2014 that if you are a shepherd of this hour; for this hour you must exude when people look at you and they see you practice they must see you spilling out, dispensing out, the quality number 1 that you must have a Fierce Biblical Faithfulness. And you see thats a very powerful undertone already there because right there Hes talking about 3 very important features. Hes talking about fierce meaning courageous; not fearing... And He said Biblical, saying it has to be centered around The WORD; around The BIBLE and then He highlights faithfulness. So Hes saying essentially if you look at that statement, a Fierce Biblical Faithfulness, Hes essentially addressing faithfulness. Hes saying actually todays pastor has to be faithful and then He categorizes; He classifies the class of faithfulness. Hes saying that faithfulness has to be fierce for you to survive in this world with so many assaults and challenges from the enemy without fear, Fierce and BIBLE, Biblical. When you look at point number 1 alone, then you understand why theres a fall in the church because then you ask yourself, Is todays pastor faithful? meaning having faith; full of faith.
