The world goes through phases every few decades in different parts of the world in which the one common denominator is that the Jew is singled out as the scapegoat. In today’s world, it is the Ukraine, and in another decade, it will be somewhere else. But, there is no place for a Jew in the exile where they can plan to live in peace and harmony for many generations. At some point, the Jew will be targeted for some reason or another for causing whatever difficulties the region is experiencing.
