Permit me to share that after subscribing and reading the NYT daily for over 40 years, my wife and I have chosen to end the relationship today. Your bias against Israel reflected by your choice of stories is so palpable that any claim of fairness is laughable. Even today, your choice of a lead story about three hooligans who kidnapped and murdered a Palestinian teen was written to be so obviously unfair and prejudiced against Israel. It wasn’t until the last few paragraphs was it even noted that Israeli society openly articulated their disgust to the killing of this innocent Palestinian teen. However, in the same period, over 1000 rockets have been fired by Hamas from Gaza in the last few weeks indiscriminately targeting Israel’s civilians. Have your reporters visited Sderot or Netivot and reported on the children, victims of Hamas’ missiles? Have your reporters visited Ofakim and Aleh Negev where severely disabled children live in a protected campus and who were attacked by Hamas missiles? Have your reporters written that even with missiles being launched against Israel’s civilians, Israel still provides water, electricity and supplies to the people of Gaza. Enough bias. I’ll read my news elsewhere.
