TRAFFIC COMPLAINT: E. bound 69 at the 146 mile marker, coming into Lapeer County shortly . Report of a semi truck that is all over the road. Semi took down some barrels in Genesee Counties construction area. Caller is in a silver Suburban and following. Passing Elba Rd. Passing Hadley Rd overpass, still all over both lanes, and traveling about 60mph. Passing Lake Nepessing Rd. Traveling at 70 mph now, but still all over the road. Also tapping their brakes. At bridge near prison. Is now going varying speeds. Passing the viaduct almost at the Lapeer Exit. Passing S. Lapeer Rd now. Police sees the semi and caller. Police trying to pull them over, and states he is all over the roadway. Police states he is pulling over just E. of the S. Lapeer Rd exit. Canada states he only was given a picture ID, he has no license. Reg given was a Quebec reg of R85135L. Police states the freight liner number is 929397, and the trailer number is 730583. Police asked for a motor carrier but none are on duty yet,l. Police followed to rest area in Attica Township. Police states he is going to stay there till about 10..
