TRAFFIC: Signal Work At Pike-32 & Shyville Road Lane restrictions will be in place this week at state Route 32 and County Road 58 (Shyville Road) as crews undertake additional work to upgrade the signals at the routes’ intersection. Beginning Monday, November 17, and continuing through Thursday, November 20, crews from ODOTs Pike County Highway Maintenance Facility and District 9s signal department will be installing additional backplates and tethering span wires. Throughout the week, S.R. 32 will be subject to single-lane restrictions in both directions, and the existing signals will not be in operation at various intervals. The restrictions are anticipated to be in effect from approximately 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, and traffic will be maintained by flaggers as needed. Motorists are reminded of the need for additional caution.
