Journal of Night Watchmen Jung Yunhos inexpressive actions have for some reason brought a smile to the faces of the viewers. He seemed like someone cold-hearted and who will not bleed even if pierced, but every moment when he becomes flustered and wide-eyed as a result, his cute charm is ensnaring the small screens. In the 10th episode of MBC Monday-Tuesday drama Journal of Night Watchmen broadcast on 2 September, although his loyalty to the King he is serving, Gisangun, is constant as always, Jung Yunho acted out the transformation of Moo Seok who has become closer to Lee Rin, whom he has to keep a watch on. While looking on regretably at Gisangun, who is gradually becoming a tyrant King, Moo Seok is slowly coming to learn of the true nature of Lee Rin, whom he had previously regarded as pitiable, and the process whereby Lee Rin and Moo Seok gain trust in each other is one of the enjoyable points of Journal of Night Watchmen. Lee Rin is the only one who jokes around with Moo Seok at every instant he gets an opportunity to, and the combination created by him and the serious warrior Moo Seok triggers laughter from the viewers all the time. This is because only in front of Lee Rin will there be many things which cause Moo Seok, who tends to be calm and composed, to have his facade break away and be flustered. In Episodes 9 and 10 wherein the stick-in-the-mud Moo Seok can no doubt even be called dan ho bak nam (resolute man), Moo Seok was melted (?) (ie worn down) by Lee Rins unexpected aegyo (acting cute) actions, displaying the intriguing guy-guy chemistry. Moo Seok, who saw through the Lee Rin who was gazing lovingly at Do Ha (Go Sung Hee), said What are you doing?, and spoilt Lee Rins mood with just that one phrase, signalling just the start (of the laughter? of the funny love-hate chemistry? the article wasnt clear). At the actions of Lee Rin, who had regarded Moo Seoks character as being weird, Moo Seok grew wide-eyed and Lee Rin made Moo Seok awkward with the words he thoughtlessly threw out, Please just relax your facial features. These were not even heartwarming words that they were saying to each other, but just from the way they speak and throw barbs at each other, the enjoyment of their combination is overflowing. The dual(?) charms of Moo Seok, who throws aside his man of steel appearance only in front of Lee Rin, is one of the reasons why it has become a staple of the drama. At Lee Rins actions in wanting to sleep in Jo Sang Heons (Yoon Tae Young) room, he grumbled, We are imposing on others, so how is it possible to feel comfortable? but the reversal side of him sleeping soundly in the end is becoming one of the essential elements to elevate the interest / fun of Journal of Night Watchmen, which is originally filled with the apparent tension of the confrontation between the good and the evil. Of course, because Moo Seok is a charming man whose actions drip suaveness one by one and who possesses unchanging loyalty towards Gisangun, the cute weakness of a dan ho bak nam like him is monopolizing the love of the viewers for himself. Seeing the Journal of Night Watchmen which is like this, the man called Moo Seok acted out by Jung Yunho is an icy handsome man who is dripping with frostiness, but there is fun in discovering the side of him who is gradually displaying his heartwarming side. Even while Moo Seok is still seen to show overflowing charisma, Jung Yunho is still able to distinctly act out Moo Seoks flustered side even if the transformation of his facial expression is not huge. Towards such a Jung Yunho, one cannot help but be captivated by him. Even in a situation where it is somewhat possible to appear overboard, the concept whereby Moo Seok maintains the status / poise as a warrior, while including cute charms, is one of the ways which show that Jung Yunho is acting out this concept in a pretty intelligent manner.
