The Citizen TV Road Hog programme has been running for a while now. I think it is useful. However, is it possible for Citizen TV to go beyond naming and shaming and carry a segment on traffic rules? I think the time we spend in a driving school - if we ever went there - is normally limited and we dont get taught most of the rules. Additionally, forgetting is very human. One rule I remember clearly is the way to enter and exit a round about and which lanes to use to go to which direction. I was taught never to change lanes in a round about, something I see often. There are many other rules - who will teach/remind drivers about these? I think a TV programme could help to not only teach but also raise consciousness on road rules. You know - a 30 minute segment on traffic rules. Maybe its even there already!
