TUESDAY WOD Tuesday, April 15, 2014 Skills: Bulgarian Split Squat & Strict HSPU 20 Minute EMOM: Odd: 12-15 Bulgarian Split Squats Even: 6-8 Strict HSPU* *if not able to do Strict HSPU, perform a negative handstand Metcon: 8 Minute Ladder of: Power Clean (135lb/95lb) Front Squat (135lb/95lb) Jerk (135lb/95lb) *perform 1 rep of each, then 2 reps of each, and so on, increasing 1 rep each round until the 8 minutes are up.
