Take Time to Think This post is for me more than anyone, but thought I would share it with all of you as well. I need to make time in my business day to think about what the next step should be rather than just taking a whole bunch of steps and then trying to piece them together. I tend to see opportunity in everything and I need to to focus more of my energy on the 4 or 5 things that can make the biggest difference for me and Hay House. In short I need to move from "seat of the pants" management to planning and implementing change. This is not saying to take away changing decisions or direction quickly , but have a plan for those decisions and take the extra hour or two to really make sure those decisions are the best ones to make.
