Take a look at this beauty! Im thinking seriously about possibly purchasing one of these come next summer. 20% down and a 15 year mortgage.... Payments about $400/month... Think about it.... This can be towed behind our Sequoia. Monthly weekend trips to the various lakes in GA, maybe the beach in SC, and summer vacations to places like Niagara Falls, Yellow Stone, Montana, Wyoming, Grand Canyon, Canada, Alaska.... Heck the possibilities are dang near endless with one of these bad boys! No more hotels..... ever... and maintenance? Easy as pie. $1,400 to have the roof and seals redone every 5 years, $350 a year to have it winderized and the system flushed/cleaned (or thereabout).... And $175/year storage on Ft. Gordon! With our family, this thing would get used A LOT! Once the two vehicles are paid off (here soon), and those wont need replacing for MANY more years to come..... Why not get a camper? ~$28,000 brand new!
