Take the emotions out of it! The word NO isnt something that should be taken personal or derail your confidence and stop you from a close. No usually means NOT NOW. In fact, 80% of all sales occur on the 5th or subsequent follow up after first exposure. Yet most only persist through 2 or 3 follow ups. What a waste right? I cant stress enough how important follow up is. It may take you more than ten times of contact but it is one of the most crucial aspects of success in this business. Lead with confidence, persistence and do your due diligence and watch that no become a yes! KP
