Mayor Greg Fischer announced a proposed budget today that included additional funding to hire more police officers, and a crime center where 9 people can watch the surveillance cameras within the city. But, it will mean a fee for LG&E customers that will equal out to nearly $20 a year to help pay for the additional funding. Thoughts?
