Tamil : Reliance willing to fund Enthiran sequel Talks about the sequel to Super Star Rajinikanths first sci-fi entertainer Enthiran directed by ace filmmaker Shankar has been doing the rounds for long. This is mainly because the 2010 blockbuster film was ended in a way that suggests that a sequel is imminent. A few weeks back there were news reports suggesting that the Rajini and Shankar are likely to start working on Enthiran 2 once they are free from their current commitments. Now the news has gained more credibility with reports suggesting that Reliance network is highly interested in funding the sequel to Enthiran with Rajini and Shankar. It is to be noted that Relaince is expected to acquire Vikram-Amy Jackson starrer Ai the film that is currently being directed by Shankar. It is also rumoured that Shankar visited Lingaa sets in Hyderabad to discuss about the project with Rajini.
