Teaching a required worship course at Saint Paul School of Theology 8-5 for four days this week. Good group. But way too short of a seminary course to adequately prepare them, I believe. Why do seminaries require so little time of study on something that has an impact on the greatest amount of people in their ministry? AND expect them to be not only proficient but vital and engaging? Lord, in your mercy, hear my prayer. How much worship education did you get in seminary and was it enough? How have you continued your education and skill-building in this area?
