Tell your family every chance you get that u love them, pat them on the back for the small things, give hugs, tell them your proud of all their efforts, compliment them, laugh at their jokes even if there not all that funny, be playful, spend quality time when you can an if your busy make time, smile, forgive, take time out when your angry instead of yelling or making them feel bad, make date nights with your spouse and play dates with your kids, eat dinner together without the tv an talk an I mean actually engage in conversation take interest in the things your kids are doing, never go to bed mad, ALWAYS kiss your kids an spouse goodnight EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, make sure your family knows how much you love them no matter what and always take pictures of special moments!!! It only takes a minute to make someone feel loved! And if your kids are staying the night somewhere else take a second to call or text to tell them your thinking of them!
