I woke up on New Years Eve to find that my garage was flooding and I had no hot water. I called Laurie at Deschutes Plumbing and she had someone at my home within the hour. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave me the option of either replacing the water heater or making a repair. I got good information on the likely life of a repair and the cost difference and elected to replace the water heater. The new water heater was installed within an hour, but when testing the water heater we found that several valves in my home were leaking. The plumber quickly repaired those as well. The price for the water heater itself was more than fair and I was very pleased with the overall bill. Now three months down the road the water heater continues to work without a hitch and my garage is as dry as a bone. I got excellent service at a very fair price and I would recommend Deschutes Plumbing for any plumbing job.
