Thank you, Waxhaw. Thank you allowing me and my crew to serve you these past years. Thank you for opening your hearts to this California girl, I hope that you all know how truly honored I feel to be a part of this wonderful community. So many pf you trusted me with your children as I gave them their first jobs and watched them turn into fine young men and women, thank you for that. Thank you for allowing me ( and my crew ) to experiment with our specials and crazy pancakes of the day. Thank you for all of your support and kind words over these past couple of weeks. Thank you for being a safe town that my two boys could feel comfortable exploring while I worked. There is so much love and appreciation that I have for so many in this town, some of you natives, others transplants like me; we collectively make the extraordinary Town of Waxhaw. Thank you to my crew; Josh, Kati, Codi, Beekman, Kelsey, Sarah, Shannon and Ken: you know how much I love you and how much joy you brought to me. We went through a lot together and I feel honored to have all of you in my life. Until we meet again...
