Thank you all for your Birthday Wishes! It was possibly the worst Birthday of my life, however, we can never fail to Praise God for another day on this earth and the opportunity to impact someone else in a positive way....We have now been on the Physical Therapy floor for 10 days and it has truly been a battle...1 step forward and 2 back the entire time..Getting his meds on time in order to be rested enough for his therapy sessions has been one of our greatest challenges. and the worst challenge of all is the battle of the Blood Pressure....It is great when he is laying flat or sitting, but bottoms out when he is on his feet. pray that all doctors and nurses on board will be in agreement for his medications and that our insurance will approve a few more days of therapy...still not eating, but should be taking the swallow test again very soon...God is good and I know His strength is sufficient for every need.
