Thank you all for your input on emergency vet services. We went to Bay Beach Veterinary Hospital on Virginia Beach Boulevard (in Pembroke area). Found out that cats as a rule do not have seizures. And when a kitten has a seizure, it means the cat is seriously ill. Because she is the third kitten in the colony to have devastating seizures (and the first two died after having seizures) we made the heartbreaking decision to have her put down. Her little body will undergo necropsy next week, and hopefully we can get to the bottom of why these kittens have been so vulnerable. Most likely, they have a virus, bacteria, or parasites that have migrated to the brain. So far, Bob and Smokey are acting like normal kittens. Please pray that they remain so. Again, thank you for your suggestions.
