Thank you to all the people in our lives who upheld us in prayer, sent messages of encouragement and made personal contact by phone and on FB. The past few days have been very challenging (on many levels) to both Garry and myself and also to extended family. Unfortunately (or fortunately) whichever way it is viewed, after travelling to Hobart and his presenting at the hospital Garry was informed the open heart surgery which he had been advised would take place the next day had now been cancelled. He was however admitted to the RHH, a further procedure carried out the next day, and he was discharged this morning with the advice that he will continue to be monitored as his Aneurysm continues to grow ~ and further "issues" have been identified within his heart valve. We ask that you continue to hold Garry in your thoughts as he searches for acceptance of what has transpired....
