Thank you very much. Let me first of all recognize the presence of our President, His Excellency Charles Savarin and Mrs. Savarin. My Cabinet colleagues: Honourable Ambrose George, Hon. Reginald Austrie, Hon. Sam Martin, the Member of Parliament, my Cabinet colleagues who are present. Let me also recognize Mr. Ian Pinard, Justice of the Peace, our dear Father Peter who prayed for us earlier. Let me also recognize the former Chairman and the Deputy Chairman and the Councillors and let me greet Mr. Henry Williams and say that my personal prayers are with him and I certainly miss his presence here this afternoon. Let me recognize my friend, Her Excellency the Ambassador of Cuba to Dominica, the General Manager of DOWASCO and his staff, also the local Government Commissioner and the staff of the Department. I see Mr. Jno-Jules here who is the President of DALCA, and all of the wonderful people of Pointe Michel, and surrounding villages, and while I also want to again congratulate my former school teacher, Mrs. McKenzie for her elevation, but just to say to you here in Pointe Michel, she also has connections in Vieille Case you know, the originality of the .... are from Vieille Case so I want to recognize her in a special way.
