Because of term limits, the next City Council will have at least nine new members, which will create a worrisome experience deficit, yet JAXBIZ chose the newcomer Barron over Crescimbeni, one of the most experienced, hardest working and effective members on the council. One of the criteria JAXBIZ used was the candidate’s position on pension reform. Crescimbeni has been intricately involved in that. Barron is endorsed by the firefighters. Enough said.
