Thanks for the pancake recipe Joey. I will try it soon. I made this French toast for Christmas morning last year. Deelish. What I especially love about it is that you make it up the night before and stick it in the fridge. In the morning heat the oven, sprinkle it with the praline topping and throw it in the oven. Warm real (preferably Vermont my home state) maple syrup is a must. Serve with mimosas (optional).
