The requested contribution for the literature itself barely covers the actual printing cost and in that cost, there is no labor factored in because the missionary printer raised his own support. It hurts when people reply to an order and feel as though they are being ripped off; a recent customer wrote and said, "I was hoping to get some of your literature before I seen your shipping cost. I use to own a company. I know how they do things. We use to add ungodly shipping costs despite of the cheep rate of the product before I got saved. I want to spread the word of God and I found someone whom has similar products for a more reasonable rate than yours. Thanks but no thanks." So if you try to operate as a ministry but with the efficiency of a business, then you are viewed as bad.
