The 2013 Farm Dinner dates have been selected! Thursday, July 11 Thursday, August 15 Thursday, September 19 Please join us in our annual celebration of the harvest season. Chef Tom Fosnot is designing four-course menus with 100% of the food coming from local farms, and the majority of it coming from Gibbet Hill Farm. We will be conducting a farm tour and speaking about the farming process that starts with planting and finishes at your table.
