The 5th Amendment-->nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law What does this mean in English? Does this mean that others can gather in room and vote to take my stuff? What if the others have fancy titles? Can people with fancy titles vote to take my stuff? Simply outnumbering someone is not sufficient warrant to take their stuff. Due Process of Law says that if you think you are entitled to my stuff, you get all lawyered up, and I get all lawyered up, and we argue our cases in front of the townfolk, also known as a Jury. Only in Bizzaro World, can ganging up on someone and taking their stuff, be called Due Process of Law
