The 8th and Final day of my Detox/Cleanse is complete ... I honestly cant believe my transformation over this week! I never thought Id EVER wear my black bikini in public!!! [first photo in tankini swimsuit bottoms] Ive lost a total of 12 pounds this week ... and a whole-lotta inches! (inches lost shown in 2nd photo) 5 inches around my waist!!! SO super excited to have such a dramatic/quick result ... There are a few of you (that I talked with last night) that know how nervous I was about posting my before detox photo. Its absolutely humiliating ... Ive done a very good job at concealing what I really looked like behind closed doors ... Ive worn one of those tight fat hider tank tops for years ... But I made the decision to share my photo because it shows how hard Ive worked this week ... how amazing this cleanse is ... and if it helps inspire just one person to become happier/healthier, itll be worth it! :) I still have such a long way to go, but this detox/cleanse was just the boost I needed into the right direction! Thank you so so so much Sanda Preuett-Shea for showing me this amazing wellness system!
