The Administrative Working Group to Review the Merit Promotion Criteria and Tools presented their output on 21 July 2014 to administrative personnel. The criterion are Performance Rating, Education & Training, Service to the University, Achievements, Physical Characteristics & Personality Traits. The Group was composed of Emma Ruth Caalaman, Grace Catabas, Edgar Denosta, Mary Christie Estocado, Marievette Gatela, Armel Odvina, and Joel Sagadal, constituted by Vice Chancellor Obsioma through the memorandum ARO-2014-075 issued on 30 June 2014.
