The Appetizer for this week is Mushrooms al Forno. Button Mushrooms smothered with Garlic Butter and Mozzarella Cheese, then baked in the oven. Served with Garlic Toast. Our first Entree is Salmon Lasagna. Lasagna topped with Salmon and delicious Pink Sauce and then baked in the Pizza Oven. The second Entree is Chicken Toscana. Chicken Breasts sauteed in Lemon Wine Sauce with Artichokes, sun dried Tomatoes and Capers, served over Spahetti Pasta. The Dessert for this week is Key Lime Pie .
